How do I connect my subdomain?
Add a CNAME record at your domain registrar pointing your subdomain (e.g. app.yourdomain.com) to ConnektOS. Inside the CRM, paste the same subdomain under Settings → Domains. The video in section 07 walks through both sides step by step.

How do I connect Zoom?
Settings → My Profile → Integrations → Zoom. Click Connect, sign in, accept. Every calendar with Zoom as the meeting location will then generate a unique Zoom link automatically on booking.

How do I add my VA as a user?
Settings → My Staff → Add Employee. Choose the role and the permissions they need. They'll get an email invite to set their password.

How do I connect my Facebook page?
Settings → Integrations → Facebook. Sign in with the account that owns the page, then pick the page from the list. Personal Facebook profiles need a Business Page first — five-minute job, covered in section 02.

How do I send a batch email to a specific group?
Marketing → Emails → New Campaign. Filter contacts by tag, segment, or pipeline stage. You write the email once, the system sends it only to the people who match. Full walkthrough in section 03.

How do I send agreement forms to be e-signed?
Payments → Documents & Contracts → New Document. Build your agreement, add signature and date fields, then send. The signer gets a secure link, signs in the browser, and you receive the executed PDF.

Is ConnektOS for newsletters too, or just sales pipeline?
Both. The same contact list powers broadcasts and pipeline automations — you don't need a separate email tool. Tags keep newsletter people separate from active sales conversations so you don't message someone the wrong thing.

Is there a template for webinar opt-in pages?
Yes — the Forever Working Webinar funnel is already loaded. Duplicate it, swap copy and images, and you have your own webinar registration page within an hour.

Payments & Billing

Why is the system asking for my card when I'm already billed monthly?
Your monthly ConnektOS subscription is billed by Connekt Coaching directly. A card prompt inside the CRM is usually for an in-product purchase (extra phone numbers, premium add-ons). If you're unsure, WhatsApp Mary or Kenneth a screenshot and we'll check it for you.

How do I send an invoice?
Payments → Invoices → New Invoice. Pick the contact, add line items, send. You can also accept payment directly on the invoice page using Stripe or PayPal.

How do I set up confirmation and reminder emails for bookings?
Each calendar has its own confirmation, reminder, and follow-up emails built in. Calendars → pick your calendar → Notifications. Turn on the 24-hour reminder, edit the wording so it sounds like you, and save.

I use Kit for newsletters — should I keep both?
You don't have to. ConnektOS handles broadcasts and pipeline from the same contact list. Most members migrate their Kit list within the first month — we have a separate guide for that.
